At Moody Linen we normally don’t do returns as each order is done specifically for you and according to your order so please do choose carefully and order sample wherever possible.
Each piece will undergo several processes they include but not limited to, hand torn -- hand dye -- regulate & match shades -- air dry -- regulate -- trim -- finalise. Each napkin is done the same way not in a batch so they are not a mere number to us.
However we do understand that shopping online can sometimes mean the items you purchase are not quite what you expected when you receive them. Our mission is to help you find the right colour or texture. Please contact us with photos and project deadlines so we can help further. We may be able to arrange for exchange or re-make of your order.
Please note in the event we accept your return it is subject to a restocking fee of 40% of the order cost.
Please note in the event we accept to do a re-dye of your order there MAY be a fee of 50% of the order cost depending on how different to the original ordered. I will need you to return the ones you have at your expense. If you have a sample that we can work with please send it along.
